It wasn't at TIFF but should have been.In brief:
It's not really a documentary but it tells a lot about refugees living in France and the law that states that French citizens can be prosecuted if they harbour these refugees. Film tells a great story with engaging performances by all the main actors.
Ramblings:
The actors all say as much when they're not speaking as when they speak.
